Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing:
    All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days once payment has been received and cleared. Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, and processing times may take a little longer during high-volume periods or if an item is temporarily out of stock. Orders placed after 8:00 PM PST on Tuesday will usually ship by the the following week (subject to change in the event of unexpected production delays).
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    We ship via USPS, offering the following options:
    • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days for domestic orders)

    Shipping times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and picked up by USPS.

    Tracking Information:
    A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  3. For International Orders:
    We’re happy to ship peptides worldwide, but international shipments can sometimes be delayed or held up by customs. Because rules differ from country to country, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery once your order leaves our facility. All peptide orders are non-refundable, and any customs fees or restrictions are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll always do our best to get your package to you quickly and provide tracking information.
  4. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, contact the carrier (USPS) directly.
  5. Returns and Refunds:
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

  6. Optional Shipping Insurance
    Shipping insurance is available upon request. Insurance costs vary based on the order value and destination. A separate invoice will be sent once an insurance quote is obtained. Insurance coverage will be added only after payment is received.

  7. Disclaimer: All products are sold in powder (lyophilized) form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. Research supplies (e.g., syringes, bacteriostatic water) are not included. No dosing instructions are provided. We adhere to all local and state laws around Research Only Chemical sales.
