Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to inventory availability. Orders made after 6pm PST Monday will be shipped by the end of the following week (*subject to change due to any unexpected production delay*).
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship via USPS, offering the following options:
    • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)
    Shipping times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed. Tracking Information: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
  3. Domestic Shipping Only: Due to regulations, we currently only ship within the United States.
  4. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, contact the carrier (USPS) directly.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
